Questions and answers
Who and when can I contact to get started?
Clear communication in your part is of the utmost importance. I often prefer to see the assigment before I can comment on pricing or time to completion. Faxing or emailing are good ways to get started. I'll reply within 24 hrs. Please make sure all the information is included. You can request updates, please be patient with my replies, I better work than spend my time checking email. Phone is useful as a first contact or to check details of the assigment. So a phone number is needed (no unnecessary calls or marketing).
2. How much will I be charged?
It'll depend on the scope of the work, the estimated time i'll take me to complete it and the resources required (like programs, special books, etc.). I need to see the work before I can appropriately respond with a quote. Sometimes the work is too large or it's continuous work. In such cases, I'll be charging as I go, minimum of $100 dollars at a time.
Minimum charge is $30 dollars. The fees section gives additional details.
3. Can you do it by hand?
I can accommodate most requests: handwritten, typed, out of specific books, using specific software, etc. What I need is that you be very clear about what you need me to show and on what format. If you need it using a specific technique, program or way of solving, please let me know upfront. Else it's going to cost you more for the extra work.
4. Will it get me the best grade?
I can not promise perfection (although i very often come close). Therefore I can not guarantee a grade mark on your assigment. What you can expect is professional work, my desire for you to succeed. Ultimately it is in my benefit that you do well, since you might then refer some of your friends or family.
5. Can you show the procedure?
Yes, please let me know if you need just an answer or overall description of the solution. If you know the answer to a problem, it'll facilitate my work, not because I'll force the solution but because it might shorten the time I need to figure it out, which might then cost you less.
6. Can you do overnight or rush jobs?
If you can, please avoid the last minute rush to get me to work on your problem. My standard service level agreement is 24 hours; this is to guarantee a throughout job and time to spare in case I run into issues. Depending on the scope and need I might accept rush jobs; please give me a phone call.
